Sandblasting is carried out with the aid of a conveyor type sandblasting machine for castings with variable dimensions from 10 cm to 120 cm and up to a max. of 120 kg, and a manual sandblasting machine for internal processing.

We are also able to provide the service of a cluster type sandblasting machine for castings up to 300 cm and with a weight over of 2500 kg.

The castings still covered with slag from the core or sintered castings are thus completely cleaned, ready for the next stage: deburring.

For the internal sandblasting of castings, such as the cleaning of the oil passage, a manual sandblasting machine of the latest generation is used.

The department is completely soundproofed and connected to a state-of-the-art system for extracting and reducing dust and fumes.
